Return and Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Ignoring the return policy
If you choose to return your item in any other way, LES SISTAS is not responsible for delivery if it is returned via mailbox post. Please check with the sender how the shipment will be delivered. We will not be responsible for any losses by the sender.

The cost and risk of the return shipment are the customer's responsibility, even if you want to exchange an item. Please ensure your pre-registered return shipment is sufficiently stamped and don't forget to include your invoice number.

Return conditions:
✔ The item must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, including all attached labels, and in its original packaging.
✔ If applicable, the hygiene strip must still be intact.
✔ The item must not have any signs of wear such as perfume, smoke, or cooking odors.
✔ Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt. Returns outside this period may be refused.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Please ensure that the items do not get dirty when trying them on. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept soiled items.KALLOUCHI reserves the right to refuse returns if there is suspicion that the products have been used or damaged through no fault of our own. This also applies when the items have been improperly handled. For detailed washing instructions, please read our care advice. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Care/Usage Advice
✔ Each application/detail is hand-placed. To keep your scarves as beautiful as possible, we recommend not using pins or needles.
✔ We also advise you to hand wash your scarves with a mild detergent or have them cleaned at a professional dry cleaner.
✔ Hang directly to dry and then carefully steam or, if ironing, do so at a low temperature.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. This usually takes 4-5 business days. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
