- These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded between LES SISTAS and the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Deviations from these general terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing by both parties.

  • Products and Services

- We sell headscarves as listed in our online store.
- The availability of products may vary and may be subject to change without prior notice.
- We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, but can not guarantee that all information is complete and error-free.

  • Orders

- By placing an order with us, you agree to these general terms and conditions. - Orders are subject to the availability of the products. 
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

  • Prices and Payment

- All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be made at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon. - We accept payment via iDeal and Credit Card.

  • Delivery

- The delivery time may vary depending on the product and availability. 
- We will make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery time but can not be held liable for delays beyond our control.

  • Return Policy

- You have the right to cancel the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
- Returned products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, otherwise, we may charge a restocking fee. 
- The cost of return shipping is at your expense, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Warranty

- We provide warranty on our products as required by law. 
- Please contact us for instructions regarding warranty claims.

  • Liability

- Our liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the respective product or service. 
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. 
- We are not liable for buttons that fall loose from the headscarves.
- We are not liable for the stones that fall loose from the headscarves of the STONES Collection.

- We respect your privacy and will only use your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

  • Applicable Law

- These general terms and conditions are governed by European law. 
- Disputes arising out of or in connection with these general terms and conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in France.
